At Supriya Collections, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which orders placed on supriyacollections.com may be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• To cancel an order, please contact us immediately with your order details.

2. Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact

Note: Items purchased during sales or discount offers may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Products returned without original packaging or tags
• Customized or altered products (if applicable)

4. Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact us with your order ID and supporting images/videos.
• Once the return request is approved, instructions for return shipment will be shared.
• Returned products will be inspected upon receipt.

5. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed after successful inspection of the returned product.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

6. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only for size or product defects, subject to availability.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
• In case of customer-initiated returns, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
