1. Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange if:

• The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn
• All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
• The exchange request is raised within 3 days of delivery

Items showing signs of use, damage, stains, or alterations will not be accepted.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange or refund:

• Innerwear, lingerie, socks, or accessories
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Products purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged or defective)
• Gift cards or vouchers

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share clear unboxing images or videos for verification
• Once approved, a replacement will be arranged at no extra cost

4. Exchange Process

1. Initiate an exchange request via email or your account dashboard
2. Our team will review and approve the request
3. Hand over the product to our pickup partner or ship it as instructed
4. Reverse pickup availability depends on your location

5. Exchange Timeline

• Exchanges are processed after quality inspection
• Approved exchanges will be completed within 7–10 business days

6. Exchange Conditions

• Exchanges are allowed only for size or color (subject to availability)
• Only one exchange per order is permitted
• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

7. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping may be chargeable unless the product is defective or incorrect

8. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
  (Exchange policy will apply instead)
